Our Core Technology
An interactive walkthrough of the advanced coal gasification process that sets us apart.
1. Coal Preparation
Raw coal is crushed, dried, and pulverized into a fine powder to maximize the reaction surface area.
2. Gasification
The prepared coal reacts with oxygen and steam under high pressure and temperature, converting it into synthesis gas (syngas).
3. Gas Cooling
The hot syngas is cooled in heat exchangers, generating steam that can be used to produce electricity.
4. Gas Cleaning
Impurities like sulfur, mercury, and particulate matter are removed from the syngas, resulting in a clean fuel.
5. Final Use
The clean syngas is used to power gas turbines for electricity or as a feedstock for producing chemicals, fertilizers, and liquid fuels.
